OSYRON are a Canadian metal band combining modern heaviness with soaring melodies, powerful clean and harsh vocals, and memorable, anthemic choruses. Their music pairs crushing riffs and technical arrangements with an epic, cinematic sense of scale, creating an intense and emotionally charged sound.

Formed in 2012, the current lineup consists of vocalist Reed Alton, guitarists Krzysztof Stalmach and Bobby Harley, bassist Tyler Corbett, and drummer Cody Anstey.

Following the release of their acclaimed 2022 album Momentous, OSYRON return with their self-titled fifth full-length album, released through Distortion Music Group in November 2026.

Built around themes of adversity, purpose, identity, and resilience, the album represents the band's most collaborative and focused work to date. Exploring the idea of telos (the purpose or ultimate aim toward which something strives), the album draws from personal experiences and internal battles while pushing the band further musically. The result is an intense and ambitious record that remains rooted in their established sound.

OSYRON's previous album, Momentous, surpassed 200,000 streams on Spotify, with three of its four singles featured on Spotify's All New Metal playlist. The album also earned them a nomination for the 2023 Western Canadian Music Awards' Metal Band of the Year.

The band have shared the stage with artists including Judas Priest, Nightwish, Bruce Dickinson, Kamelot, DragonForce, Kreator, Amorphis, Dark Tranquillity, Evergrey, and many more. Their international performances include appearances at 70,000 Tons of Metal, Rock Castle, and Masters of Rock, as well as a North American tour supporting Seven Kingdoms.
